Thanksgiving Roast Twerky

This Thanksgiving, why not serve your family a good old fashioned roast twerky! Here is my recipe so you can twerk your way to the perfect turkey.

  1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees C (325 degrees F). Whilst bent over, Twerk gently while you place the rack in the lowest position of the oven
  2. Remove the turkey neck and giblets, rinse the turkey, and Twerk.
  3. Pat the turkey dry then pat your backside with paper towels. Place the turkey, breast side up, on a rack in the roasting pan.
  4.  Loosely fill the body cavity with stuffing. Rub the skin with the softened butter, and season with salt and pepper. Do the same to the Turkey.
  5. Place turkey in the oven, and pour 2 cups turkey stock into the bottom of the roasting pan, then splash 2 cups of turkey stock on your behind.  Baste all over every 30 minutes with the juices on the bottom of the pan.
  6. Whenever the drippings evaporate, add stock to moisten them, about 1 to 2 cups at a time. Remove aluminum foil after 2 1/2 hours. Roast until a meat thermometer inserted in the meaty part of the thigh reads 80 degrees C (180 degrees F). Do the same to the turkey.
  7. Transfer the turkey to a large serving platter, and let it stand for at least 20 to 30 minutes before carving.
  8.  Twerk your way around the table and using a chair, stand on the table. Twerk furiously for 5 minutes before serving the vegetables with your buttocks.
  9. Enjoy.

Twerking and Knitting

It's no secret I enjoy knitting beautiful sweaters for my children. What has been a secret until now, is that I Twerk with every stitch. I've never dropped a stitch and I never miss a Twerk!

Twerking the House Clean

I believe your house reflects your state of mind. A clean sparkling house means your soul twinkles with goodness. A dirty house means evil lurks within.

I keep my house in twinkly tip top shape. I make cleaning fun by Twerking my way through the daily chores!

My husband appreciates a clean house and he certainly likes to watch me clean!
